1. Terms

By downloading or using the Furl app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Rulesimple's mobile application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Furl.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Rulesimple at any time.

3. Premium Access and Subscriptions

Furl offers premium features available via auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time purchases ("Diamond Pass"). Payments are processed securely via the App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

4. Disclaimer

The materials within the Furl app are provided on an 'as is' basis. Rulesimple makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furl is a digital wellness tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition (e.g., ADHD, clinical anxiety). Please consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Rulesimple or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Furl app, even if Rulesimple or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Modifications

Rulesimple may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using this app you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
